What is your favorite Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical quote, song or scene — and why? I might be a little biased, but my favorite song is Loud because when I sing and act out the song I get to be myself.
How many Gibson Southern Theatre productions (including Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical) have you been a part of while in high school? 8
What is your favorite role, act, or show that you have been a part of in high school? Sister Act was my favorite because it felt so magical. I looked up to all the upperclassmen and I just loved every minute of it.
What are your plans after high school? Going to Belmont University, majoring in Interior design and minoring in business
What words of advice do you have for those thinking about joining Gibson Southern Theatre? All kinds of kinds come together and celebrate each other’s differences. There is no weird kid, just a family.
Do you have anything else to add? I want to thank the theatre department for giving me so many new experiences, best friends, and life-long memories. I am going to miss it, but I can’t wait to sit in the seats again and watch everyone come together and make magic!
