What is your cast role or crew position in Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical? Birthday Mom
What is your favorite Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical quote, song or scene — and why? “Even if you’re little you can do a lot…” This is my favorite quote from the musical because I am 5 feet tall. Therefore, I am considered to be short. People like to underestimate shorter people, but Matilda shows that no matter what size or what age, you can do anything you set your mind to.

What is your favorite role, act, or show that you have been a part of in high school? Birthday Mom
Do you have a favorite story from your time spent in theatre? There are so many memories that I have shared with the cast and crew during the past 4 years, some of my favorite memories were shared inside Hooters on opening night. So many laughs, discussions, and new friendships are what made my time with GSTD were some of the best times in high school.
What are your plans after high school? I plan to attend USI to receive my Masters in Social Work.
What words of advice do you have for those thinking about joining Gibson Southern Theatre? Just try it! If you are any way tempted to join GSTD (cast, crew, and/or orchestra), there is nothing wrong with trying something new. GSTD is not only an activity, but it’s also a family and we would love to see you join the beautiful family.
