Vaudeville 2023: Hee Haw

Gibson Southern Theatre beings celebrating their fiftieth theatre season with Vaudeville 2023: Hee Haw!  Vaudeville has been a community favorite since its inception in 1975 and is the single largest event at Gibson Southern High School. Vaudeville 2023 runs December 1-3, 2023 and is directed by Mr. Adam Bledsoe with assistant direction from Gibson Southern Theatre alumna Abby Scheller.  Senior Cassie Reeves serves as this year’s student director.

The beloved TV cast of Hee Haw has traveled from Kornfield Kounty to the cornfields of Gibson County to help celebrate our fiftieth season! Acts from the original show will be joined by performances from other well known groups including the cast of The Muppets, Mamma Mia, Saturday Night Live, and SIX the Musical. Students in both the Theatre Arts and Musical Theatre classes will be showing off their talents as well, performing acts from High School Musical and Hadestown. Members of the Hee Haw cast will guide the audience through the show, providing additional entertainment alongside the variety of dances, skits, songs, and more!
